Bring your flutes (piccolos, c flute, altos, basses), any ensemble music that you would like to read through with others, a finger-food snack to share with the group, and your good humor.

Transform performance anxiety into productive energy in this workshop focused on mindful performing. Learn practical techniques to implement into your daily practice including grounding exercises, breath work, and self-talk strategies to regulate the nervous system and enhance stage presence. The supportive environment offers performers valuable tools to enhance their stage presence and performance confidence. Led by Gina Perregrino (mezzo soprano, Metropolitan Opera) and Stephanie Gutman (LCSW, Penn Medicine).
